About Turn’s dam Turnaround is a winning Marauding mare from the stakes placed mare Classical Kate who won 7 races.

This young horse has benefitted from the experience of three race trials where he's finished fourth twice and also fifth. He's not been suited to the 1000m of the trials, jockey Paul King saying that he feels lke a genuine miler in the making, so he's done a good job to show up and be competitive over the shorter journey. With those three trials under his belt, he went for a short spell, and is due to recommence work in late May.

A former steward with the WA Turf Club, Ascot based trainer Ken Williamson is a relative newcomer to the state’s training ranks. However, a steady stream of winners including horses such as Dress Suit, Shipyard, Rollo, Trimvision, Sheenasaidgrey, Cheque Mate & the current Ascot 1500m track record holder Famous Roman have proven testimony to the hard work and dedication put in not only by Ken, but by his talented family and staff too.

Ken has trained a winning treble at Ascot, and also a winning "four timer" too! A ONE DOLLAR all up bet on those four winners alone would have paid 350,000/1! Now that’s impressive!

A hallmark of Ken’s horses is that they’re all turned out looking an absolute picture, with glossy coats and a spring in their step. This horse is being leased by us from the owner for three years (with a further two year option). It's an inexpensive 20 share syndicate priced at $1,298 each WITH JUST 3 SHARES LEFT.

The syndicate fees are $166/month ($5/day + GST) which covers all normal expenses. This amount is calculated to adequately cover all normal costs associated with the horse on an annual basis.
